Ebay 4/19 - OOAK mini Baby Alice & White Rabbit #1 Story Book Series

This is a one of a kind Soft Body Baby and White Rabbit display. It is the first of my Story Book Soft Body Baby Series. All the props along with a beautiful screen and wood base are included.
I love making these tiny babies and my bunnies are fun too so I decided to combine the two.
Here is Tiny Baby Alice. She is just 2 ½ inches tall Soft Body Baby. She is a one of a kind sculpt made without a mold.
Her head and limbs are Prosculpt clay. They have been hand painted with many layers of heat set oil paints. Her lips, nose and eyes are lightly glazed for a moist look. Baby Alice has a soft cloth body and is gently posable. Her hair is made with soft blond English lamb wool. Her tiny sweater is pink thread crochet. A vintage pleated lace dress covers her soft white cloth diaper. Silk ribbons and thread rosettes trim this sweet outfit.  I love making miniature bunnies. White Rabbit is just 1 ¾ inches tall and is also a one of a kind. He is plush faux fur with pink ears and blue glass eyes. He is wearing a tiny silk ribbon bow. Baby Alice and White Rabbit love having tea parties so I have made a teacup for her and a bottle for Rabbit. As a backdrop a pink fabric and lace tri-fold screen shows off this wonderful rocking crib. It is made of wood, I have antiqued it in a soft moss green color. The bedding is vintage fabrics, laces and ribbons. I needed something to keep Alice occupied so I created this wired rose mobile with tiny floating pink hearts. It is hand sculpted with polymer clay. A little wood base completes this charming set. The over all size of this set is 7”Hx7”Wx5D”

OOAK Miniature- Picnic at the Park

Things are starting to bloom and  little creatures are beginning to appear here in cold New England. Just thought I'd share this little scene with you.

Private collection

One of a kind miniature - Picnic at the Park
She was  created with polymer clay on a wire armature with a cloth body. Her clothing is made with wonderful vintage and antique fabrics, laces and thread. I have used the soft colored vintage thread to crochet her bonnet and tiny purse. Her little friends are polymer clay solid sculpts. All of the props were made and designed for this wonderful park setting.
It's nice having lunch with a few friends.
Enjoy!

Baby Sendai - On Ebay for American Red Cross Japan Relief

Ebay listing 3/16.

Well, the images of the disaster in Japan have kept me from my work, again. Trying to concentrate in front of the T.V. with images on CNN detailing the massive destruction and the faces of the tiniest victims has swept me in a different direction. Sometime I have no control over this and whatever needs to emerge from the clay just does.
Here she is..Little Sendai.
She is just over 2 1/2 inches long and is a one of a kind Soft Body Baby. Tiny Sendai is made with Prosculpt clay without the use of a mold. She has a soft body filled with tiny pellets which give her weight and make her gently posable. She has been painted with several layers of heat set oil paints and lightly glazed on her eye lids, nose and tiny lips. Baby Sendai's hair is soft black viscose fiber with tiny pink thread roses attached to her little pigtails. She is wearing a pink crocheted kimono blouse and decorated with a silk ribbon obi bow. I have crocheted a thread basket for her crib. It is decorated with Japanese print cotton pillows to keep her secure.
Baby Sendai will arrive with a signed certificate and her shipping is free.

I will donate the money raised by this sale to the American Red Cross Japan Relief Fund.
Please keep the people of Japan in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you as always for your support dear friends.
Hugs to all

Ebay 2/15 - Soft Body Baby Girl and Dolly

They look as if they just stepped out of a Monet painting. These little ones took a while to create. I crocheted this satin thread sweater set for her and found the most perfect silk ribbons to add that extra special touch. Her tiny friend Dolly took just as much time to make but, she turned out to be the perfect companion. I will be listing them on Ebay some time today.
Enjoy!
