Hello!! Yes I was so happy to find you Kristy! Yeay!! I love your blog. The balloon is a cake decorating topper. I did have to do some carving to remove seams and coat it with several layers of sealer and sprinkled it with glitter. Not difficult just time consuming. I love making these babies,yes they are soft and have a bit of weight to them so they are nice to hold. So glad to see your wonderful tiny animals on your blog. I'll visit often.
